THE SHORT VERSION
This website doesn’t use accounts, ads or tracking cookies, and we never sell your information. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, so your card details never reach us.
WHAT WE COLLECT
When you buy something: Lemon Squeezy collects the details needed to complete your order, such as your name, email address, billing country and payment information. We receive your name, email, what you bought and how much you paid, so we can deliver your plug-ins and help with support. We never see your full card number.
When you email us: we keep your email address and message so we can reply.
When you visit the site: our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs (like your IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to run and protect the site. This site doesn’t run any analytics or advertising trackers.
COOKIES AND LOCAL STORAGE
We don’t set tracking cookies. The site stores one small note in your browser’s local storage so the intro animation only plays on your first visit. It contains no personal information, and clearing your browser data removes it.
When you open checkout, Lemon Squeezy may use its own cookies to process your payment securely.
SERVICES WE USE
These companies process information on our behalf, under their own privacy policies:
- Lemon Squeezy for checkout, payments, tax, receipts and license delivery
- Netlify for hosting this website
- Google Fonts for the site’s fonts, which means your browser requests the font files from Google
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information to deliver what you bought, manage your bundle membership, answer support emails and keep the site running. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t send marketing emails unless you’ve asked to get them.
YOUR CHOICES
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@ectoplugins.com. Some order records have to be kept for tax and accounting reasons, even after a deletion request.
CHANGES
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
