WHO WE ARE
Ecto Plug-ins (“Ecto”, “we”, “us”) makes audio plug-ins and sells them at ectoplugins.com. By buying, downloading or using an Ecto plug-in, or using this website, you agree to these terms.
HOW BUYING WORKS
All orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. That means Lemon Squeezy is the seller on your receipt, takes your payment and handles sales tax and VAT. Their own terms also apply to your purchase.
Single plug-ins are pay what you want, with a $5 minimum. Whatever you choose to pay above the minimum, you get the same plug-in.
THE ECTO BUNDLE
The Ecto Bundle is a subscription billed every month at the price shown at checkout (currently $10). It includes every Ecto plug-in, plus new Ecto plug-ins when they’re released, for as long as your membership is active.
You can cancel at any time from the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email, or by emailing support@ectoplugins.com. When you cancel, you won’t be charged again, and your membership stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
REFUNDS
Our plug-ins are digital downloads, so all sales are final and we don’t offer refunds. This includes single plug-ins and bundle payments that have already been charged. If you’re on the bundle and don’t want to be charged again, cancel your membership before your next billing date.
If something’s broken, email support@ectoplugins.com and we’ll do our best to fix it.
YOUR LICENSE
When you buy an Ecto plug-in, you get a personal license to install and use it on your own computers.
Make whatever you want with it. Music, sounds and samples you create using Ecto plug-ins are yours, including for commercial releases, and you don’t owe us anything or need to credit us.
You may not share, resell, rent or give away the plug-in files or your license, or upload them anywhere for others to download. You also may not reverse-engineer, crack or modify the plug-ins.
UPDATES AND COMPATIBILITY
We may release updates and fixes, but we can’t promise that a plug-in will work with every computer, operating system or DAW, now or in the future. Please check the formats listed on each plug-in’s page before you buy.
NO WARRANTY
Ecto plug-ins are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Ecto isn’t liable for any indirect or consequential damages from using the plug-ins, such as lost projects or lost data. Save often and keep backups. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plug-in involved.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. The version in effect when you made a purchase applies to that purchase.
